Wear comfortable clothing.
Please refrain from wearing perfume.
Best practice is to have eaten meals 2 hours prior to class; snacks at least 1 hour.
Studio offers mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters for no additional fee.
Please bring a water bottle.
Arrive a few minutes prior to start of class to allow time for check-in.
New Students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class, arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to start of class.
Studio door is locked during class, if you arrive late, please knock and we will happily let you in.
Remove shoes prior to entering the studio space.
Please replace all props to the place you found them and place used towels in the hamper.
Wipe down studio mats with cleaner provided.
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share bank or credit card information with outside parties. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help provide you with the highest quality of service we can provide.
Conditions & Injuries
If you have a serious medical condition or injury please consult your physician prior to participating in any of the studio yoga classes. We encourage you to listen to your body, taking appropriate variations/modifications as needed. The practice should not hurt, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries prior to start of class.
Any student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver.
